The DSM-500 combined with the GLE-1 PROBE gives the user the ability to detect low energy gamma and X-rays along with Beta emissions above 600 keV. This combination is very sensitive to I125. The rate meter boasts an oversized digital display and includes a scaler for counts per unit of time, display error indications and audible/visual ALARMS
